1. Transformers will experience significant vibrations during long-distance transportation and require a body inspection. The inspection of transformer body is divided into hanging core and hanging cover. Whether it is the hanging core or the hanging cover, the inspection content is consistent. The core inspection should be completed within one working day to expedite the inspection process.
2. Taking the hanging core inspection as an example:
(1) Transformer core hanging should be carried out indoors. If it is done outdoors, there should be a tent to prevent severe weather conditions such as rain, snow, fog, and sandstorms. Core hanging is prohibited.
⑵ The temperature of the suspended core in winter shall not be lower than zero degrees, otherwise the transformer shall be heated up to make the core temperature 10 ℃ higher than the surrounding temperature
The shorter the time the iron core is exposed to air, the better. When the relative humidity is 65%, it should not exceed 16 hours, and when the relative humidity is 25%, it should not exceed 12 hours. The calculation time is from the time of oil discharge to the time of oil injection.
When the relative humidity of the weather exceeds 75%, it is not allowed to perform core inspection.
During the core inspection process, special attention should be paid to preventing parts and tools from falling into the fuel tank.
