The company has customized the S11-M-1000kVA/10kV/0.4kV oil-immersed transformer and an integrated box-type substation solution for this project, once again demonstrating the competitiveness of "Made in China" in the international market.
As a well-known enterprise in China's transformer industry, Jinshanmen Technology has been deeply engaged in the field of power transmission and distribution equipment for many years, with an annual production capacity of 6 million kVA. The solution launched this time fully meets the technical requirements of the Mongolian customer. The transformer adopts Dyn11 connection group, copper winding material, and complies with IEC standards, featuring Class A insulation and ONAN (oil-immersed self-cooling) cooling method. It is equipped with complete accessories such as oil level gauges and thermometers, and can adapt to the harsh indoor environment of -45°C to 40°C to ensure stable operation.
The supporting box-type substation, designed with precise dimensions of 5000*2300*2850mm, achieves an optimal balance between equipment integration and environmental adaptability. This structural design fully accommodates the installation requirements of its matching components: the HXNG-12 high-voltage cabinets (typically with standard dimensions around 80015002300mm) and GGD AC low-voltage distribution cabinets (featuring 8MF cold-formed welded frames) fit seamlessly within the internal space, while leaving sufficient margin for heat dissipation and maintenance access . Referencing the structural standards of compact substations for high-power projects, the 500023002850mm size also ensures the cabinet can withstand Mongolia's extreme temperature fluctuations-complementing the transformer's -45°C to 40°C adaptability by providing ample space for insulation materials and ventilation design . Together, these components form a complete power supply system that satisfies the diverse needs of the project.
