1. Working hour quota: According to the national quota standard, the comprehensive working days required for the installation of the main body are 21 working days. The job responsibilities include: unboxing inspection, proper positioning, body inspection, cleaning of sleeves, oil pillows, and radiators, oil column testing, accessory installation, production and installation of shims and wheel stoppers, supplementing columns and conducting overall sealing tests after installation, grounding, repainting, etc. Whether the transformer needs to be dried during the installation process, it should be determined after inspection and judgment. If it needs to be dried, the iron loss drying method will take 20 working days, and the oil filtration method will require 3.38 working days per ton. The required working days for debugging will be calculated separately.
2. Installation site layout: It is best to carry out major repairs and assembly work of power transformers in the maintenance room. If there is no maintenance room, it is necessary to choose a temporary installation site, preferably near the foundation platform of the transformer, to place the transformer in place. It can also be installed on-site on the foundation platform, and outdoor sites should have tents. The temporary installation site must be conveniently transported, with flat roads and sufficient width. The ground should be solid, flat, and dry, away from smoke windows and water towers, and the distance from nearby buildings should meet fire safety requirements.
3. Designated safety measures: ① Prevent accidents such as electric shock and falls. ② Prevent insulation from overheating Prevent fires from occurring Prevent something from falling into the fuel tank Prevent attachment damage. ⑥ Prevent the transformer from tipping over.
4. Develop technical measures: ① Prevent transformer cores from being damp. ② How to ensure good contact between each connecting part All parts should be well sealed and not leak oil How to ensure transformer insulation and oil insulation.
5. The basic procedure for installation work: ① Preparation work (tools, materials, equipment, drawings) ② Insulation inspection and judgment (mainly coils and iron cores) ③ Inspection of accessories (should be complete and intact) ④ Core hanging inspection (to prevent moisture absorption and tools, parts, etc. from falling into the oil tank) ⑤ Attachment installation (appearance inspection, insulation measurement, and tightness test) ⑥ Final work ⑦ Handover test ⑧ Trial operation
6. Organizational division of labor among staff: ① Installation Commander and Technical Director ② Safety Officer ③ Oil Filter Team ④ Lifting and Transportation Personnel ⑤ Testing Personnel ⑥ Installation Personnel.
7. Requirements for transformer room: ① Level 1 fire protection ② Good ventilation ③ Adequate safety distance ④ Reliable foundation platform ⑤ intact lifting facilities.
8. Preparation of tools and materials:
(1) Install equipment (such as vacuum pumps, oil pumps, oil tanks, compressed air machines, oil filters, welding machines, portable light transformers, valves, various wrenches, etc.)
⑵ Testing instruments (such as shaking table, dielectric loss angle tester, step-up transformer, voltage regulator, ammeter, voltmeter, power meter, thermometer, etc.)
(3) Lifting equipment (such as cranes, hangers, lifting beams, winches, wire ropes, pulleys, chain hoists, etc.)
⑷ Insulation materials (such as insulation oil, cardboard, cloth tape, electric wood insulation paint, etc.)
Sealing materials (such as right resistant rubber pads, asbestos ropes, steel bedding, insect glue paint, nylon ropes, etc.)
Adhesive materials (such as epoxy resin adhesive, glue, cement, mortar, etc.)
Cleaning materials (such as white cloth, alcohol, gasoline, etc.)
Other materials (such as asbestos board, square wood, wires, steel pipes, oil filter paper, Vaseline oil, porcelain paint, etc.)
9. External inspection of transformer:
① Content without mechanical damage
② The box cover bolts are intact
③ The gasket is well sealed
④ No defects on the surface of the casing
⑤ No oil leakage or seepage phenomenon
⑥ No rust, complete paint
⑦ All attachments are intact and undamaged
⑧ The track gauge of the roller matches the track gauge of the base rail.
