1. Check for any abnormal sounds or vibrations.
2. Whether there is discoloration caused by local overheating, harmful gas corrosion, or other factors that result in creepage marks and carbonization on the insulation surface.
Is the air cooling device of the transformer operating normally.
4. The high and low voltage joints should be free of overheating. The cable heads should have no leakage or crawling phenomena.
The temperature rise of the winding should be monitored according to the insulation material grade used in the transformer, and the temperature rise should not exceed the specified value.
⒍ Ceramic bottles should have no cracks or discharge marks.
7. Check if the winding pressure components are loose.
Indoor ventilation and iron core ducts should be free of dust and debris blockage, and the iron core should be free of rust or corrosion.
