Introduction
Export Announcement: 300kVA 33kV/400V Pad-Mounted Transformers to Brazil (June 2022)
We're pleased to announce the export of our 300kVA 33kV-to-400V three-phase pad-mounted distribution transformers to Brazil, addressing diverse customer requirements.
Efficient Power Conversion & Design
These dry-type transformers efficiently convert 33kV high voltage to usable 400V power. Their three-phase configuration ensures balanced, reliable distribution for various applications. The pad-mounted design simplifies installation and maintenance, making them ideal for new projects and upgrades.
Advanced Technical Features
Enhanced Safety & Eco-Design: Oil-free construction eliminates pollution risks
Robust Performance: Superior insulation and short-circuit resilience
Maintenance-Free Operation: Advanced cooling ensures stability under load
Quality Assurance
Manufactured with premium materials to stringent engineering standards, our transformers deliver peak performance and safety in both routine and extreme operating conditions.
Strategic Impact
This export demonstrates our expertise in power infrastructure solutions. We're confident these transformers will exceed expectations and strengthen Brazil's energy distribution network.
Production Process

Dry-type transformer manufacturing assembles precision-cut laminated steel cores, winds and insulates copper or aluminum coils, then encapsulates them in protective resin-either by vacuum-pressure impregnation (VPI) or resin casting-before final assembly, rigorous electrical testing, and enclosure within a ventilated housing.
The rust removal and lacquer process for the corrugated oil tank of an oil - immersed transformer consists of sequential steps: derosination, washing, rust removal, secondary rust removal, washing, neutralization, washing, phosphorizing, washing, hot washing, showering with antirust paint, and finally lacquering.

Following chronic outages and $50k/year environmental liability risks at Suzano Industrial Park's 24/7 pulp production lines, our deployment of 34 × 300kVA dry-type transformers-featuring IP55 flood-resistant enclosures, H-class insulation (180°C tolerance), and IEC 60076-certified short-circuit resilience-achieved 100% operational continuity through São Paulo's 2023 record floods (+450mm rainfall), simultaneously slashing maintenance costs by 42% ($217k/year) via elimination of oil monitoring/replacement cycles, while enabling 3,200MWh/year energy savings through 98.7% voltage regulation efficiency-validated by INMETRO auditors as Brazil's first industrial site to achieve Tier-4 power reliability with zero transformer-related safety incidents over 18 months of peak-load operations.
