Introduction
In 2024, we offer four cushioned SCB10-100 kva dry-type transformer banks designed to meet specific distribution requirements. Each transformer is rated at 100 kva and operates with AN/AF cooling. This reduces the voltage from 22kv to 400v, creating a three-phase vector Dyn11.
These 100 kva dry transformers are equipped with top inputs for high and low voltage cables. The housing consists of an 800*400mm door for high voltage cable input and a 400*400mm door for low voltage cable input, both temporarily sealed with mild steel plates. In addition, seismic rubber pads are installed on the top of the transformer to provide excellent isolation and reduce the impact of direct loads and seismic forces on the transformer.
Dry distribution transformers from 22kv to 400v Pad use advanced dry distribution technology to provide better insulation and environmental protection. The casting resin technology is combined with the aluminum sheet winding technology to ensure excellent dielectric properties and short-circuit resistance. These transformers are designed for long-term reliability in a variety of distribution and special applications.
These transformers are available with aluminum or copper windings and insulation system classifications F or H for indoor and outdoor installations with different housing options.

Features
This SCB10-100 KVA model is a rugged, no-nonsense workhorse built for outdoor power distribution-perfect for commercial parks, small industrial yards, or neighborhood substations.
Pad-mounted design keeps it simple: drop it straight on a concrete pad, no fancy foundations required. Handles rain, dust, and temperature swings (-20°C to 40°C) like a pro-no shelter needed, just reliable performance in the elements.
No insulating oil here-dry-type build means zero leaks, no contamination headaches, and no fire risks from spilled oil. Ideal for areas near buildings or sensitive spots where oil-filled units are a hassle.
22KV to 400V step-down hits exactly what most small factories, office complexes, or retail hubs need. 3-phase 100KVA capacity takes variable loads in stride-no voltage dips when equipment kicks on-and runs over 98% efficient, keeping utility bills in check.
Windings get the tough epoxy treatment: repels moisture, corrosion, and machine vibrations. The resin's self-extinguishing too-no extra fire systems needed, just peace of mind.
Compact and low-profile, it fits tight outdoor spaces without crowding. Terminals are easy to reach for wiring, and maintenance? Just a quick wipe-down-no oil tests or filter changes, ever.
Class F insulation means 15+ years of solid use with basic upkeep. Less downtime, fewer replacements-simple, rugged, and built to keep power flowing when you need it most.
- Rack mounting: Designed for rack mounting, easy installation and maintenance, suitable for outdoor environments, while saving space and time during installation.
- High-quality materials: Made of high-quality materials and advanced engineering standards to ensure long-term reliability and excellent short-circuit resistance.
- Insulation system: Transformers can be equipped with Class F or Class H insulation systems to provide different levels of insulation protection according to specific requirements.
- Environmental synchronization: Designed to support internal or external installation, different housings are available to adapt to different environmental conditions.
After-sales Service
When you get a transformer, you just want it to run steady for years-and our after-sales isn't just paperwork. It's really about fixing whatever pops up while you use it, big or small.
First, the warranty: from the day you get this SCB10-100 KVA unit, it's covered for 24 months. If a part breaks 'cause of bad material or a production mistake, we'll fix it free or swap the part-no fuss. But if damage comes from rough install, storms/typhoons, or someone messing with parts without permission? That's not covered. Hope you get that.
If you hit a snag using it, no need to wait for work hours. Our techs are around 24/7-call or email. The person who picks up knows this transformer inside out; no confusing jargon. Whether you're stuck installing it, need to hook it to your system, or just wonder why it's acting up, we'll walk you through step-by-step, no beating around the bush.
Sometimes phone calls aren't enough-you need someone there in person, we get that. Just say the word, and we'll send a tech who specializes in this model. They're certified, bring the right tools, and will check, maintain, or fix whatever's wrong. Still under warranty? Most times no extra cost. Warranty up? We'll tell you the price upfront-no surprise bills.
We also keep real original parts for this transformer in stock-cooling fans that fit right, insulation parts just like the original. So if you need a replacement, no waiting weeks for us to get it elsewhere. We'll ship it fast, so the transformer's offline as little as possible.
And to help you avoid problems early, we'll send quick reminders now and then-stuff like "clean dust off the coils" or "check insulation resistance." Small things, but they'll make the transformer last way longer.
